Hey, I am Sufyan.

You future mentor and here to provide guidance on

how you can move online.

My name is Sufyan and I'm so glad for you to be here!

I am a former fitness trainer and therapy assistant in the mid 30s who resigned from full time work in early 2025 to be a caregiver to my elderly mother.

Despite all odds of managing caregiving matters as well as my own physical and mental health, I managed to start my online business in Feb 2026.

Looking back at my own life, I realised I had little control over my circumstances and let them dictate what I should be doing with my life. My peers and I were told to study hard, get decent grades to study for a degree then work.

Apparently this model doesn't work for me, more so with my mother's ailing health which prompted me to consider a switch into occupational therapy.

After a spate of my mother's hospitalisations in 2024, I realised I needed to focus on her care full time. Showing up for work for 40 + hours / week with 2 weeks of paid leave didn't cut it. With my mother's frequent medical appointments, I was using up my paid leave to be with her. It affected my mental health with the constant worry and anxiety about her health.

I realised life isn't only about working for a boss or being a caregiver. I realised I was losing myself. I have other aspirations like starting my own investment portfolio, complete an Ironman triathlon, pick up parkour, learn how to cook traditional dishes, be a motivational speaker and travel the world. My career choices reflected the circumstances I was dealing with in life. And it doesn't need to define my career for the rest of my life.

I came across a business opportunity that is able to give me the time and financial freedom to pursue my life goals.

Starting an online business is scary, as with doing anything for the first time. I have learned and grow so much while working with a group of like-minded and awesome people.

I feel happy knowing I built something for myself and naturally I want to pour my heart into it. I want to help my father retire and reignite his interests again and help my mother pay for her medical bills.
